 The 8 Keys to Wellness System provides a simple framework. What you put inside that framework is totally up to you. My goal is to help you become aware of the choices you make so that you can have a more successful and fulfilling life existence.Â
It is more than being free from illness; it's a dynamic process of change and growth, a state characterized by health, happiness, prosperity, and welfare or wellbeing. This requires primarily positive perspectives and values by which to live. It also requires a strong sense of purpose and conscious and deliberate action.
The body heals itself if we create the right conditions - a loving heart is the truest wisdom.
